Sierra Simpson
Dream Factory Performance Training was founded and created by Sierra Simpson, a former NCAA Division I and II Coach and well-decorated collegiate player. Sierra created this because of her strong passion to teach, develop, and inspire young athletes to reach their dreams by educating them on the skills necessary to be successful. Dream Factory offers player development, skills training, camps, clinics, and more.
